Order Cancellation Policy:

Once your order is placed, your credit or debit card will be charged immediately. Our efficient processing system ensures that orders are handled and shipped promptly. Due to the high volume of orders, cancellations cannot be made after the order is submitted. Please ensure all order details are accurate before completing your purchase.

Returns and Health & Safety:

For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns based on personal satisfaction. Returns are not accepted for items that pose a potential health risk or have been in contact with bodily fluids such as saliva, blood, semen, or urine. Once these products leave our warehouse, they are classified as used and cannot be resold. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

• Dildos or vibrators
• Lingerie
• Enema kits
• Items that pierce the skin
• Products for oral, vaginal, anal, or penile insertion
• Harness/dildo combinations

Additionally, we do not accept returns on items that have been washed or soiled. If an item is eligible for return, it must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact, and proof of purchase must be provided.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and arrange an exchange for defective items within 7 days of delivery.
