Shipping and Returns

Standard Shipping can take up to 7 to 10 business days in the continental United States depending on destination. Shipping times outside of this area can vary. We usually process orders between 24 to 48 hours after order is placed online depending on day and time. If order is placed online on a weekend or after 12 noon on a Friday then order processing will not happen until Monday morning. We ship M-F. 

The charge for shipping your order is determined by your destination and the delivery time you have chosen. All standard shipping orders in the continental United States of $100 or less will be charged a flat rate of $6.00. Orders for more than $100 in the continental United States will receive free shipping. Charges can vary for any order shipped outside the continental United States.

When calculating time frames for Second or Third-day delivery, be aware that shipping is done Monday through Friday and not on the weekends. Second and Third-Day shipping orders placed before 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday, will ship that same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm will ship the next business day. Second and Third-Day Shipping orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday will ship on Monday (the next business day). 

There is a flat rate of $25.00 (3-Day Shipping) and $35.00 (2-Day shipping) on all orders placed within the Continental United States. Charges outside of this area can vary.

At this time we are not accepting orders outside of the United States.

We want to make sure you are happy with your selection and we understand that purchasing online is different than in-person, so if you have any questions about product selection please contact us and we will gladly help you choose the item that is right for you.

Due to the intimate nature of the Love on This product line we can only accept returns for defective items or items that are NOT USED and STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. 

All items must be pre-approved, and you must obtain a Return Authorization number before returning an item.

In accordance to Federal Health Codes, all intimate apparel, novelties, adult toys, and marital aids that have been opened or are not in there original packaging can not be returned. The only exception is manufacturer's defects.
